my grandson got ahold of a perch stick and went after my cockateil,i have two. he now has a injured foot. should i put him in a small cage close to food -water alone .he is not putting any preasure on it at all,or leave him in the big cage and see if

he will move around to his food -water please help i feel awful about it.
