my dog has loss of hair and itching its not mange



he only has it on his lower body and his head

did your vet do a skin scraping and not find any mites under the microscope? you may want to have a few scrapings done if you haven't done that yet. another thiing it could be is an allergy. what's in your dog's food? is the first ingredient corn? does it have animal by-products? another "diagnosis" could be flea dermatitis. are there hot spots or sores? and, it could be stress. best suggestion is to visit your local vet. if it is mange try www.everydaysolutionsrx.com/mange
